About the role
- Execute opening, daily, and closing procedures following company policies and operational checklists
- Lead and support retail associates during assigned shifts
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
- Assign daily tasks
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) during shifts
- Operate POS systems and process transactions
- Monitor inventory and assist with receiving merchandise
- Support visual merchandising standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Train associates on brand standards and operational procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years in retail/customer service
- 6+ months in a supervisory or lead role
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- POS systems
