About the role
- Combines inside sales/customer service and technical/systems knowledge to sell products
- Effectively develops and manages trusted relationships for assigned customers/accounts
- Promotes company options and solutions to customers on a regular basis
- Identifies sales opportunities to deliver focused market/brand solutions
- Consistently delivers revenue or profit that supports the account/customer to meet financial sales metrics
- Initiates and answers sales inquiries directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers
- Monitors/follows up on sales activities throughout the process
- Maintains and expands sales with existing accounts through high level of customer service
- Proactively coordinates sales efforts and strategies with internal resources
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Typically requires less than one year of related experience
- Beginning demonstrated knowledge of systems such as SAP, ERP, order management
- Basic Excel skills
- Microsoft office suite and Outlook.
