About the role

  • Oversee Employee Relations, Policy Management, and ADA compliance
  • Support corporate and business functions
  • Handle escalated concerns and resolve workplace issues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with bachelor's or equivalent
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, theories, and practices within the discipline
  • Develops solutions for diverse situations and undertakes projects requiring evaluation and analysis
  • Comfortable conducting training sessions virtually or in person
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
