About the role
- Oversee Employee Relations, Policy Management, and ADA compliance
- Support corporate and business functions
- Handle escalated concerns and resolve workplace issues
- Cultivate a positive work culture that supports employee satisfaction
- Contribute to the creation, execution, communication, and updates of company policies
- Ensure ADA compliance and support an inclusive environment
- Leverage data analytics and employee feedback to evaluate business needs
- Engage with other HR functions to implement HR initiatives
- Support deployment of organization-wide HR initiatives
- Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with bachelor's or equivalent
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, theories, and practices within the discipline
- Develops solutions for diverse situations and undertakes projects requiring evaluation and analysis
- Comfortable conducting training sessions virtually or in person
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
