About the role
- Assist in the development of effective technical account penetration strategies within assigned markets
- Collaborate in supplier/customer design conversations, offering technical insights to support pre-component selection and solution development
- Gain an understanding of customer needs related to products, technology, competition, design priorities and processes, and product life cycles
- Partner with established sales team members to identify and cultivate relationships with technical decision-makers and influencers
- Work alongside senior FAEs to identify customer design requirements
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to create and implement strategies that address customer design challenges
- Promote supported product lines to the sales team
- Deliver product-level sales training
- Identify and monitor high-value design opportunities from concept to production
- Develop compelling presentations and sales tools to enhance technical value
- Manage opportunities from conception through new product introduction
- Attend internal and external technical training sessions to maintain and enhance technical certification and expertise
Requirements
- Minimum experience required is typically less than 2 years with bachelor's or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
- Must be a U.S. citizen and authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
