• Manage and oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, conduct P&L reviews, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Lead the month-end closing process, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and ensure accurate financial records.
• Process semi-monthly payroll, remit payroll taxes, and collaborate with the People & Culture team on payroll updates.
• Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Prepare working papers for audits, manage tax filings, and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Assess internal controls, recommend improvements, and mentor junior accounting staff.
