About the role

  • Prospect and approach new clients, making initial contacts to present our products and services;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Present products clearly, persuasively and concisely, highlighting their main benefits;
  • Negotiate commercial terms such as prices, discounts and payment conditions;
  • Manage the full sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring an efficient workflow;
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitors and the product portfolio.

Requirements

  • Initial experience or practical exposure in commercial/sales (including experience with the products we work with);
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD Station CRM or similar);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ease in building relationships and negotiating;
  • Proactive, organized profile with a willingness to learn on the job;
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working with targets;
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with clients;
  • Resilience and the flexibility to perform in a dynamic environment.
