About the role

  • Process a variety of endorsement types within delegated authority using multiple internal systems
  • Adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage chats and calls from brokers via the triage queue, providing assistance with basic inquiries
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams and brokers to obtain missing information as required
  • Efficiently navigate triage queues, prioritizing the oldest tasks to maintain service standard
  • Maintain a strong understanding of service level expectations to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Insurance background preferred, industry accreditation an asset
  • Minimum 2 years in a support or operations role
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Sharp multitasking abilities and quick to learn new systems
  • Comfortable with high‑volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and speed
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Adaptable, proactive, and confident working independently
  • Strong judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine interest in building a long‑term career in general insurance
  • Bilingual (English & French) considered a strong advantage
