About the role
- Process a variety of endorsement types within delegated authority using multiple internal systems
- Adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Manage chats and calls from brokers via the triage queue, providing assistance with basic inquiries
- Collaborate with underwriting teams and brokers to obtain missing information as required
- Efficiently navigate triage queues, prioritizing the oldest tasks to maintain service standard
- Maintain a strong understanding of service level expectations to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience
- Insurance background preferred, industry accreditation an asset
- Minimum 2 years in a support or operations role
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Sharp multitasking abilities and quick to learn new systems
- Comfortable with high‑volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and speed
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Adaptable, proactive, and confident working independently
- Strong judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in building a long‑term career in general insurance
- Bilingual (English & French) considered a strong advantage
