About the role

  • Plan and manage the corporate annual performance evaluation process.
  • Plan and conduct leadership assessments.
  • Develop, monitor, and execute the Successor Potential program.
  • Source external providers for senior leadership development.
  • Keep the employee hierarchy records up to date to support process generation.
  • Administer 360º feedback and Individual Development Plan (PDI) processes on the online development platform.
  • Onboard leaders and employees on the mechanics of performance evaluations, feedback, PDIs, Climate Surveys, and Successor Potential processes.
  • Develop and execute a follow-up program for the probationary period of new leaders.
  • Distribute printed copies of the practices guide to new leaders.
  • Provide support to employees and refer issues to the appropriate Human Talents (HR) area.
  • Track and present department KPIs on a monthly basis.
  • Provide administrative support for invoice payments and contractual agreements.
  • Conduct a diversity census, collect and analyze related data.
  • Create and review policies that promote inclusion and equity.
  • Disseminate information and provide guidance about the diversity program.
  • Design and implement internal surveys, such as organizational climate, engagement, employee satisfaction, and Great Place to Work (GPTW) surveys.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and investigate the whistleblower/complaint channel.
  • Support training on ethics, compliance, and reporting procedures to increase employee awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources/People Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office suite).
