Effectively manage an active caseload of claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution in line with Aviva’s standards.

Operate within your authority, using your judgment to resolve claims efficiently.
Maintain detailed, accurate file records and adhere to all Aviva Specialty Claims protocols.
Work closely with various teams to produce good claims outcomes, participate in projects, come with a growth mindset, and share feedback to help us continuously improve.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5+ years of previous claims adjusting experience.
Genuine interest in Lifestyle claims—whether it’s cottage properties, or watercraft.
Progress toward or completion of the Insurance Institute Program (CIP/FCIP).
A post-secondary diploma or degree.
Provincial Licenses for the Atlantic provinces.
Experience with and demonstrated ability to effectively handle watercraft or habitational claims in excess of $100,000.00.
