About the role
- Manage and advise a client portfolio as a trusted advisor
- Acquire new customers and win back lapsed accounts
- Own the sales process from lead generation through contract signing
- Present products via phone and video calls
- Maintain and analyze long-term customer relationships
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in Business Administration/Economics or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, ideally in inside sales
- Experience in new business development and managing existing accounts
- Customer-oriented, reliable, well organized, and self-motivated
- Fluent German, spoken and written
- Confident user of MS Office applications
