About the role
- BI Strategy & Consulting: Develop BI strategies and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Data Warehousing: Apply knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies to support reliable data structures.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Reporting and Visualization: Design, maintain and expand BI reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with meaningful insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Gather and translate business requirements into BI solutions ensuring alignment with decision makers across departments.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics to continually enhance our BI capabilities.
Requirements
- Educational Background: University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related role.
- Data Analytics Skills: Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, IBM Cognos, Tableau, or QlikView. Basic Python or R knowledge is considered an asset.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Team Player: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proactive & Improvement-Oriented: Open to new ideas, constructive discussion, and continuous learning.
- Organization & Detail Orientation: Strong time management and attention to detail to deliver accurate, reliable output on time.
