About the role

  • Lead the evolution of our CRM system, working toward company-wide revenue goals
  • Manage and develop our Salesforce instance, ensuring seamless integration with other tools and systems via Mulesoft
  • Support commercial teams to maximize the platform's potential
  • Define and document business requirements, ensuring processes are well-supported and optimized
  • Manage upgrades, resolve bugs, and implement new functionalities
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success management (CSM), and customer experience (CX) teams
  • Maintain data quality and ensure a sustainable system
  • Create and manage Salesforce flows, reports, and dashboards

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Salesforce (Salesforce certification preferred)
  • 4+ years in agile or Lean project management, particularly with CRM applications
  • Excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to break down complex processes
  • Knowledge in building Salesforce flows and understanding SaaS metrics
  • Experience working with Mulesoft or a similar integration platform, preferably within payment and billing processes
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
