About the role
- You ensure that our small team can work reliably and securely in the digital environment at all times.
- You are responsible for the IT administration, maintenance and further development of our Microsoft 365 tenant.
- You provide operational support for implementing IT security requirements in collaboration with our IT service provider.
- You manage and coordinate external IT service providers and partners.
- You design and manage user and license administration.
- You implement and manage IT security measures and support users in applying them.
- You support our employees from the initial device selection on all IT matters and manage our device fleet via Intune.
Requirements
- Experience administering Microsoft cloud environments
- Understanding of IT security concepts and their practical implementation
- Experience with Azure and the Microsoft admin centers
- Experience with Intune device management
- Willingness to take responsibility for IT and IT security
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Ideally located in the greater Leipzig–Dresden–Berlin area
