• You ensure that our small team can work reliably and securely in the digital environment at all times.
• You are responsible for the IT administration, maintenance and further development of our Microsoft 365 tenant.
• You provide operational support for implementing IT security requirements in collaboration with our IT service provider.
• You manage and coordinate external IT service providers and partners.
• You design and manage user and license administration.
• You implement and manage IT security measures and support users in applying them.
• You support our employees from the initial device selection on all IT matters and manage our device fleet via Intune.
