About the role

  • Lead end-to-end procurement initiatives across technology categories
  • Develop and support sourcing strategies aligned with organizational priorities
  • Conduct competitive sourcing events (RFPs/RFIs), supplier benchmarking, and market analysis
  • Negotiate commercial terms with technology vendors
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships by implementing governance routines, performance scorecards, and KPI monitoring
  • Lead recurring supplier reviews (QBRs, operational check-ins)
  • Analyze technology spend trends to identify cost savings and consolidation opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure vendor engagements meet compliance and security standards
  • Support process improvements that enhance procurement efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Exemplary business partnership and organizational management skills
  • Proficiency in managing escalations, working cross-functionally to achieve resolution
  • Experience taking operational, data-driven metrics to drive decision making
  • A self-starter that can analyze, plan, lead, execute, and measure results
  • Known for making sound decisions in complex situations
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to organize with strong attention to detail
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
