Controller

• Lead the operations of the Accounting Department across revenue, billing, inventory, financial reporting, payroll, audit, tax and statutory compliance filings
• Drive excellence in the monthly close and consolidations processes across multiple entities globally while ensuring that the reported results comply with accounting standards and policies and procedures are followed timely and efficiently
• Play a key role in our ERP administration and evolution, developing a strategic view of how systems, processes and data enable efficiency in accounting operations and result in improved decision making

• Lead, build, and grow a team of Applications Engineers
• Lead the triage process and maintain backlog quality for robot software/system issues
• Work closely with Engineering to help analyze robot field usage and performance metrics
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Technical Services, Customer Success, and Production
• Build a continuous improvement culture by leveraging AI tools
• Communicate critical field issues to cross-functional stakeholders
• Deliver internal training on robot systems applications and field best practices

• Manage the Project Management Office and directly report to the CTO and VP of Product
• Exhibit advanced wide-ranging experience to deliver on company objectives
• Manage projects from a budget, schedule and risk management perspective
• Lead a small team of Project Managers and execute projects
• Interface with Finance to facilitate budget reconciliation and re-forecasting, financial planning and analysis
• Interface with Operations to facilitate transition planning for hardware changes, roll-out planning for new software, and product quality improvements
• Create and improve frameworks to allow the PMO to successfully meet and achieve KPIs for estimation accuracy and release delivery
• Oversee issue management for critical issues in the field or manufacturing

• Build positive relationships with customers and communicate through email, messaging, and phone conversations
• Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
• Diagnose issues or technical problems related to all aspects of the robot and it’s associated systems
• Take ownership and resolve customer complaints quickly and creatively; escalate as necessary following internal guidelines
• Be part of the on-call tech support rotation as necessary
• Work with internal teams to help resolve more complex challenges
• Keep track of and resolve challenges in a timely manner, keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
