About the role

  • Advising and supporting colleagues and managers on HR and employment law matters
  • Handling day-to-day operational HR tasks from A for employment contracts to Z for references
  • Independently managing the entire recruiting process
  • Preparing and post-processing payroll in collaboration with an external payroll center
  • Supporting the development of the employer brand
  • Occupational health and safety and other HR-related projects
  • Assisting the team with HR controlling
  • Acting as deputy for the counterpart in Frankfurt during absences

Requirements

  • Degree in economics with a focus on human resources or comparable vocational training
  • Initial professional experience in HR
  • Good knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Very independent and responsible way of working
  • High level of empathy
  • Intercultural competence
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
  • Experience using an HR system, ideally Workday
