About the role
- Advising and supporting colleagues and managers on HR and employment law matters
- Handling day-to-day operational HR tasks from A for employment contracts to Z for references
- Independently managing the entire recruiting process
- Preparing and post-processing payroll in collaboration with an external payroll center
- Supporting the development of the employer brand
- Occupational health and safety and other HR-related projects
- Assisting the team with HR controlling
- Acting as deputy for the counterpart in Frankfurt during absences
Requirements
- Degree in economics with a focus on human resources or comparable vocational training
- Initial professional experience in HR
- Good knowledge of labor and social security law
- Very independent and responsible way of working
- High level of empathy
- Intercultural competence
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Experience using an HR system, ideally Workday
