About the role

  • Preparation and compilation of commercial reports, market and performance analyses for airline HQ, customers and internal management
  • Support in pricing and promotion coordination with airline HQ
  • Analysis of sales, market and competitor data (e.g. booking trends, market trends)
  • Preparation of decision-making materials for sales and management meetings
  • Operational and substantive support of the local Area Manager in day-to-day business
  • Support for trade marketing activities (events, roadshows, newsletters, promotions)
  • Participation in industry events, meetings and specialist events
  • Coordination and maintenance of CRM data and internal reporting
  • Collaboration with internal teams and international airline contacts
  • Support for administrative and operational tasks in the commercial area

Requirements

  • Completed degree or ongoing studies (Business, Aviation, Tourism, Marketing, Data/Business Analytics or similar)
  • Initial professional experience or internships in analysis, reporting, commercial, aviation or tourism advantageous
  • Strong interest in aviation, airline economics and commercial relationships
  • Excellent analytical skills and enjoyment in working with numbers and data
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, experience with CRM or reporting tools advantageous
  • Fluent English skills, good written German skills (for emails and presentations), knowledge of Amharic is advantageous
  • Structured, reliable working style, high willingness to learn and team spirit.
