About the role

  • Lead all global HR initiatives, including functional leadership for our regional HR colleagues
  • Direct reporting line to the CFO
  • Support the roll-out of additional modules and provide support for our Workday HCM
  • Lead operational topics related to our HR system
  • Develop and implement operational and strategic HR projects at a global level
  • Expand local HR knowledge and implement best practices globally
  • Global personnel development – build and establish the AVIAREPS Academy
  • Employer branding
  • Coordinate global performance reviews
  • Manage global GM and (E)VP contracts
  • Standardize global HR processes and guidelines

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources, a similarly relevant degree, or a comparable qualification
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in HR
  • Ideally, you have already had responsibility for multiple subsidiaries
  • You are ready to take the next step in a global career
  • You work in a highly independent and self-responsible manner
  • You always keep an overview and stay up to date with HR practices
  • You are a trusted point of contact and demonstrate a high degree of empathy
  • You want to make an impact and contribute your own ideas
  • You have intercultural competence and enjoy working with diverse people
  • MS Office is no problem for you
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You have experience with HR software, ideally Workday
