About the role

  • Coordinate/administer the F/A-18 IPT meeting; maintain test and asset delivery schedules and capture/track action items
  • Produce/maintain test execution metrics
  • Coordinate/administer the Watch Item & Deficiency Reporting process and quarterly meeting
  • Manage/administer the Test Data Management Working group quarterly meeting
  • Facilitate Contract Deliverables Requirements List (CDRL) reviews for the test teams, ensuring timely submission of documents to the program office
  • Manage/maintain organizational charts, phone lists, calendars, slide decks, seating charts, and new hire documentation
  • Manage/maintain entry access lists for program testing (to include coordination of observation deck seating for tests). Ensure deadlines are met, processes followed, and communication is clear and concise
  • Manage recurring and non-recurring meetings; to include building/updating slide decks, memos, ensure conference room etiquette is followed and VTC equipment is operational
  • Manage receipt and archival of all test reports (government and contractor produced)
  • Serve as primary SharePoint/Teams and shared drive file configuration manager
  • Serve as a data transfer agent which includes collecting, securing, cataloging, transporting, processing and storing classified and unclassified test data using prescribed networks

Requirements

  • Must have 3 to 10 years of experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience, a Master's Degree may be substituted for an additional 2 years
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft applications
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance
  • Experience with aircraft/weapons is HIGHLY desired
  • Navy acquisition and test experience desired
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
