About the role
- Management and expansion of the mail-order business (B2B & B2C): maintenance of product data, images, texts and promotional materials
- Continuous alignment and optimization of content on online platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Zalando, eBay, Otto, Shop-Apotheke, DocMorris, etc.)
- Analysis of marketplace performance and product presentation, and derivation of recommended actions
- Support in implementing brand presences (Brand Shops) on relevant marketplaces
- Monitoring of KPIs (revenue, visibility, conversion, reviews) and preparation of regular reports
- Participation in promotions, campaigns and new product listings in online retail
- Close coordination with internal departments (Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management) and external agencies
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce, Business Administration, Media Management or a comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing, ideally in the OTC/pharmaceutical environment
- First experience with shop and marketplace systems
- Basic understanding of digital content structures, SEO and product data management
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with numbers, tools and processes
- Structured, independent working style and a team-oriented attitude
- Very good German and good English skills
