About the role

  • Assume medical-scientific responsibility;
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Digital teams, including jointly developing marketing and commercialization strategies;
  • Scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs);
  • Analysis of relevant guidelines and scientific literature;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and collaborate with Regulatory Affairs;
  • Review and scientific approval of medical-scientific materials and packaging materials;
  • Contribute to projects in Business Development;
  • Continuous market and competitor monitoring within the allergology field;
  • Prepare training materials and conduct internal and external trainings.

Requirements

  • Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Natural Sciences (PhD preferred);
  • Experience in Medical Affairs, ideally in allergology, dermatology or immunology;
  • Basic experience with clinical studies;
  • Familiarity with medical and regulatory standards;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to present complex scientific information clearly;
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style;
  • Strong team player with proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams;
  • Willingness to travel for congresses, meetings and field events is desirable;
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
