• Support the IT GRC team in embedding effective IT governance, risk, and compliance across the organisation.
• Initial focus on SOX IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC) design, operating effectiveness.
• Partner closely with IT, Security, Finance, Internal Audit, and External Audit to ensure controls are well designed, consistently operated, appropriately evidenced, and continuously improved.
• Drive a pragmatic, audit-ready control environment across core platforms and services (including Oracle and Salesforce).
• Support broader regulatory and assurance initiatives where applicable (e.g. EU AI Act).

IT GRC SOX Specialist – Regulatory Frameworks

AI Engineer

• Shape and evangelize the technical truth for AI capabilities from early concepts through launch, aligning with overall technology strategy and AI business goals, market trends, and customer needs
• Deeply understand AI and ML advances, navigate ambiguity and make thoughtful trade-offs within both 0 to 1 and ongoing lifecycle management environments to identify opportunities where AI can help address value-driven real-world use cases for industrial customers
• Source emerging AI technologies for Industrial AI applications
• Proactively identify and help mitigate technical risks, ensuring quality, safety, and reliability best practices
• Partnering cross-functionally, drive the creation of technical AI requirements documents and an end-to-end technical roadmap, prioritizing features, data constraints, model performance, and requirements based on customer use cases, scientific and technological advancements, and broader industrial sector analysis
• Define, monitor and report on key value-driven AI capability metrics and determine necessary data-driven insights to evaluate performance and inform future decisions
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decisions
• Ensure AI capabilities are industrial sector relevant and adhere to safety, security, governance and regulatory standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members; foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

• Architect and lead large-scale technical AI initiatives and drive the implementation of AI technologies
• Identify, document, develop, and translate across AI technical architectures and AI business architectures
• Drive forensic technical work to proactively identify and help mitigate technical risks, AI infrastructure bottlenecks, and scaling challenges
• Drive multi-threaded technical AI initiatives and translate emerging AI technology signals into workflows
• Architect and drive AI technical programs orchestrating complex technical decisions across multiple functions
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure technical feasibility and translate AI use cases into roadmaps
