Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and lead large-scale technical AI initiatives and drive the implementation of AI technologies
Identify, document, develop, and translate across AI technical architectures and AI business architectures
Drive forensic technical work to proactively identify and help mitigate technical risks, AI infrastructure bottlenecks, and scaling challenges
Drive multi-threaded technical AI initiatives and translate emerging AI technology signals into workflows
Architect and drive AI technical programs orchestrating complex technical decisions across multiple functions
Partner cross-functionally to ensure technical feasibility and translate AI use cases into roadmaps
Support establishing and managing a cadence for AI solution reviews, decision making, prioritization, alignment, and resource management
Track progress, maintain information and relevant technical documentation and dashboards

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of experience in AI technical program management
Significant experience (5+ years) managing complex AI/ML initiatives as an AI technical lead or AI engineer lead
Strong at abstraction and turning bespoke/one-off AI strategies into reusable patterns, templates, and reference implementations
Exceptional technical background with deep intuition for applied AI in highly regulated industries
Recent experience with modern AI paradigms such as: world models, foundation models, multi-modal language models, agent-based systems, orchestration, context retrieval and augmentation techniques
Experience in highly regulated domains including industrial, IoT, life sciences, manufacturing, energy, or asset-intensive domains
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to influence cross-functional and matrixed teams
Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or related technical field; Ph.D. degree preferred
