About the role
- Develop and execute detailed plans to achieve client business objectives and company revenue targets
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executives within client organizations
- Identify and close opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and net new revenue
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, championing their needs and providing feedback for product/service enhancement
- Achieve sales quotas, manage pipelines, and provide accurate revenue forecasts
- Offer expert advice, present solutions, and act as a strategic partner on industry trends and challenges
- Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, support, product) to ensure client needs are met
- Handle complex sales contracts and pricing agreements
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and business reviews
- Act as the primary point of contact for client issues, ensuring timely resolution
Requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Analytical skills to leverage data and tell compelling stories
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Proactive, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience in Sales Methodologies (MEDDPICC) and Account planning
- Familiarity with AVEVA’s products and services, as well as the EPC, Energy/Oil and Gas industry
