About the role

  • Plan and deliver a series of trade show and field events across EMEA, ensuring they are on-brand, persona-aligned, and within budget.
  • Maximise ROI by generating leads that convert, tracking KPIs, and providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, product, and advisory boards to define event goals, content strategy, and attendee experience.
  • Lead vendor sourcing and management for venues, agencies, production partners, and suppliers.
  • Oversee on-site execution for events, ensuring flawless delivery and issue resolution.
  • Manage event branding and materials, including design, production, and logistics.
  • Deliver post-event analytics and executive reporting to inform future strategy.
  • Execute partner-driven deliverables and ensure alignment with global initiatives.
  • Champion a collaborative, solutions-focused culture, remaining calm and detail-oriented under pressure.
  • Demonstrate evidence of ROI through well-managed event programmes.
  • Embrace AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and insights.
  • Some business travel required; occasional in-person meetings and all event setup in Maidenhead office(c. 5% of time).
  • Support the regional execution of Avetta’s user conference, from programme design, to onsite event management.
  • Support customer marketing programme to deepen engagement and advocacy across EMEA to increase case studies, clients speaking at events and video testimonials.
  • Reliable and predictive attendance.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification plus marketing qualifications or marketing experience in a high-performing team.
  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in a regional role within a global organisation.
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end event programmes that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and inform decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across marketing, sales, and client functions.
