About the role

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversee tactical execution to drive profitable sales growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven ability to partner with functional leaders to develop sales strategies and quotas
  • Strong skills in forecasting revenues and conducting in-depth analysis of sales data
  • Demonstrated expertise in building relationships with C-level customer leaders
  • Deep understanding of market trends in the teamsports segment and industry needs
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the EMEA region
  • Full professional fluency in Italian and English
