About the role

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical) or a related field (or equivalent technical experience)
  • Proficiency in mechanical/electrical systems, Thermal Printing, RFID Technology, PLCs, and IoT
  • Experience with remote support tools (Video/AI) and complex systems (e.g., RPA)
  • Intermediate English (verbal and written) is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical details for clients and strong analytical abilities for effective problem-solving
