About the role
- The Commercial Services Inside Sales Representative supports all aspects of the Reflective Solutions and Digital Inks businesses by providing outstanding, extraordinary customer service to customers at all levels.
- This dynamic and progressive role will promote our brand, form relationships, lead assigned accounts, back-up team members, and chip in to our customers’ success, as well as that of our team and company.

Requirements
- High school diploma
- 5+ years of customer service including 2+ years inside sales experience
- Self-motivated to achieve desired goals and objectives
- Team-oriented and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Strong eye for business
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities; adapting to new work processes and change
- Proficiency in Google G-Suite (Gmail and Google Sheets in particular), MfgPro, Cognos, Cyberquery, and Salesforce
- Must be able to collaborate with colleagues and customers via face to face or video conference calls
- Must be able to work remotely and/or extended hours as business needs dictate; must have dedicated remote workspace to conduct business without interruption, including internet connectivity
- If remote based, must be able to travel to Niles location up to 20%
