About the role
- Develop and lead Aventus DAO’s overarching marketing strategy aligned with growth, awareness, and community objectives.
- Plan and oversee integrated campaigns focused on token awareness, community engagement, and MQL generation.
- Coordinate launch marketing with client projects building on Aventus, ensuring consistent positioning and co-branding.
- Lead brand strategy and communications, ensuring messaging consistency across all channels.
- Manage Aventus’ marketing contributors – including social media and content creators, community managers, and PR agency partners.
- Oversee content strategy and production across blogs, social, and community channels.
- Measure, analyse, and report on marketing performance, producing actionable insights for the DAO Council as well as regular community updates.
- Own the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across all initiatives.
- Represent the DAO externally at select events, conferences, and industry discussions.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Web3 marketing principles, DAO governance, community engagement, and token marketing.
- B2B marketing experience is highly desirable, ideally in technology or blockchain sectors.
- Experience managing distributed teams and multiple marketing partners or agencies.
- Demonstrable success in leading campaigns that drive measurable awareness and engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project-management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.
