Account Executive

• Work under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager.
• Provide best-in-class experience to partner bike shops.
• Guide partners through sales, enter orders from shops, and handle returns and exchanges.
• Proactively reach out to partners to sell Aventon product line and establish new partnerships.
• Maintain partner relationships and meet onsite partnership visit goals regularly.
• Enter sales orders and track progress to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Provide ongoing training to partner teams and ensure adequate product knowledge and sales tactics.
• Generate revenue to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Bring feedback from partners to leadership and assist in continuous improvement within B2B Support and Sales.
• Travel approximately 90% to complete onsite partner visits.
