About the role

  • Provide first-line technical support to customers.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via email.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in Excel.

  • Previous experience in customer support or service roles.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
  • Nice-to-have skills: Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Experience supporting SaaS or IT products.
