About the role
- Provide first-line technical support to customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via email.
- Identify issues and determine the best solutions based on provided details.
- Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and information is up to date.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
Requirements
- Strong skills in Excel.
- Experience working with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Docs).
- Previous experience in customer support or service roles.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
- Nice-to-have skills: Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Experience supporting SaaS or IT products.
