About the role
- Written and telephone customer support (non-sales)
- Handling customer inquiries related to the client’s products and services
- Post-call documentation and updating customer records
- Increasing customer satisfaction by promptly handling incoming requests
Requirements
- Internet connection of at least 50 Mbps and a separate workspace
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken
- Confident use of PC applications
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Service- and customer-oriented mindset and approach
- Independent and conscientious working style
