- Act as a trusted business advisor to customer executives
- Lead high-level business discovery for CCaaS solutions
- Participate in product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts

Requirements
- 8+ years of successful SLED sales experience
- Strong preference for prior expertise in CCaaS/SaaS/Cloud contact center market
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead strategic discussions with C-level audiences
- Local New Jersey resident
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
