Requirements

Overseeing on-site activities during the assembly and construction phase of racking and automated storage systems
Motivating/ensuring everyone works safely and according to the stow QSHE standards
Ensuring compliance with stow’s QSHE standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation
Following project-specific safety plans and adhering to OSHA or OHSA standards
Working with Project Managers and Project Engineers to assist in overall project execution
Supervising the execution of assigned projects
Managing subcontractor personnel on-site
Conducting site safety training and regulatory checks
Maintaining a safe work environment on-site at all times
Monitoring progress and quality of the project, identifying deviations and initiating corrections where necessary
