About the role
- Own regional service delivery and guarantee premium customer experience
- Proactively build trust with authorities & service partners
- Contribute to regional P&L by overseeing regional teams
- Directly manage a team of EPR BDA Administrators
- Manage PRO/authority relationships
- Act as senior advisor for enterprise customers
- Validate complex filings and registrations
- Coordinate country resources
- Maintain regional quality and adherence to standards
- Support regional escalations and client health
- Drive harmonization opportunities
- Oversee regional customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present EPR progress reports to directors
Requirements
- +5 years in regulatory compliance, sustainability, consulting, or operational management
- Experience with PRO/authority relationships
- Strong stakeholder communication
- Legal background is a plus
