About the role
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Social Media & Marketing Manager.
- Manage day-to-day website updates via WordPress, ensuring strong on-page SEO.
- Execute email marketing campaigns through the company’s management platform.
- Track and optimise all activity using Google Analytics and other performance tools.
- Lead the end-to-end coordination of AVASK’s global webinar programme, including scheduling, technical setup, and content support.
- Manage the logistics and promotion for in-person events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
- Liaise with external vendors and venues to ensure seamless event delivery and high-quality brand representation.
- Create and publish blog articles on topics such as e-commerce, VAT, and international expansion.
- Design high-quality visual assets for social media, presentations, and marketing collateral using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Manage and respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot to maintain brand reputation.
- Develop tailored social media strategies for named Executive Team members.
- Translate leadership insights into compelling professional posts for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Maintain executive social calendars to ensure consistent delivery and alignment with wider company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a mid-sized or enterprise organisation delivering digital marketing activity.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality content for both corporate and executive audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence working directly with senior leaders and handling sensitive content with discretion.
- Proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Strong analytical capability with experience using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Experience in professional services, B2B, or e-commerce sectors is desirable.
- Experience producing webinars, executive presentations, or thought leadership assets is desirable.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and optimisation techniques is desirable.
- Basic graphic design skills; experience with Canva or similar design tools is desirable.
