About the role
- Shape and document future digital demand together with business stakeholders and translate it into clear IT direction
- Maintain a holistic view of the IT landscape and help ensure it supports both short- and long-term business needs
- Drive dialogue between business and IT development teams to align priorities, capabilities, and solution direction
- Contribute to digital strategy work and support the development of business-related digital capabilities
- Participate in projects and new initiatives to ensure solutions meet business needs and follow defined architectural principles
- Perform architectural reviews of new IT solutions with focus on business value, security, strategy alignment, and cost efficiency
- Identify how technologies such as AI, ML, RPA, and Cloud can support business development
- Maintain high-quality documentation of the IT landscape, systems, and related architecture
- Collaborate with security stakeholders to strengthen information security, IT security, and regulatory compliance, including GDPR
- Take part in common architecture and capability forums to share knowledge, encourage reuse, and find smart synergies across the organization
Requirements
- Master’s degree with 10 years of experience in IT
- Long experience of working with development of IT demands in a business context
- Deep experience in business and IT architecture, covering process, information, and system perspectives
- Strong skills in Enterprise Architecture
- Good understanding of the utility and electricity business
- Experience from working in a large international company
- Understanding and experience of agile methods and ways of working
- Understanding of security regulations and confidence in addressing security aspects in architecture work
- Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken
- Proven leadership skills and experience in change management
