• Support Head of Finance in the monthly close process, ensuring journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules are completed accurately and on time
• Prepare and post journal entries, prepaid expense entries, and other adjusting journal entries in the G/L
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations, including cash, AR, AP, prepaids, fixed assets, liabilities
• Prepare monthly budget-to-actual reports with variance analyses and management commentary

• Support audit readiness by maintaining well-documented workpapers
• Support project-level accounting by tracking costs, and ensuring accurate allocation of expenses across departments or projects
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain system integrity across QuickBooks Online, Ramp, Tipalti, and related platforms
• Develop and maintain internal SOPs and accounting workflows.
