About the role
- Work directly with complex institutions to help them adopt Avantos AI
- Drive large-scale AI transformation across organizations
- Define R&D for the company and provide critical inputs for product experimentation and iteration
- Collaborate with engineers and translate client needs into product insights
- Guide solution design and optimize technology deployment in the field
- Shape the R&D roadmap by driving feedback between clients and engineering
Requirements
- 2-5 years’ experience in technology consulting or digital transformation at an Enterprise SaaS or Financial Services company
- Proven track record supporting complex, multi-stakeholder implementations that involve interaction or collaboration with senior-level stakeholders
- Direct experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering leaders
- Technology Acumen: knowledge of technology concepts, software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, comfort engaging in technical discussions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise solutions for both non-technical and executive audiences.
- Educational background in engineering, computer science, information systems, or quantitative systems
