- Supporting customers in management and distribution of laboratory supplies.
- Providing Digital Solutions Software Suite for Inventory, Chemicals, and Equipment management.
- Developing, updating, and communicating detailed project plans with internal partners and external customer teams.
- Setting and managing client expectations.
- Making recommendations or alerting leadership team of impending business issues.
- Executing process improvement tools and methodologies as part of customer solutions.
- Compiling, analyzing, and sharing cross-functional and customer data for business reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Supply Chain or applicable discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of related work experience.
- Formal project management training or certification would be an advantage.
- Six Sigma certification or formal training preferred.
- Experience working in supply chain, procurement or distribution a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Expert level skills in Excel and Access).
- Excellent presentation and selling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
