About the role

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of technology, business and transformation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality targets are met
  • Develop project plans, roadmaps, and reporting frameworks to track progress and communicate with stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration between business, operations, IT, and vendor partners
  • Champion agile and hybrid delivery models, promoting iterative progress and adaptability
  • Drive standardization of project management practices, tools, and templates across all business functions
  • Monitor project KPIs and deliverables, ensuring outcomes align with business strategy and value creation
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in delivery methodology, governance, and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate closely with the Transformation Manager and business leaders to ensure visibility and alignment across initiatives
  • Shape project governance and embed project discipline across the business; independently contribute to, manage and drive projects from concept to completion
  • Report to the Transformation Manager and act as central point of coordination for cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or CX-focused organizations desirable
  • 5–8 years of total professional experience, with at least 3–5 years in end-to-end project management roles
  • Strong knowledge of agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana)
  • Proven ability to operate as an independent project owner, taking full responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong financial and risk management capabilities; able to track budgets, forecasts, and ROI effectively
  • Ability to balance technical understanding with awareness of business impact and customer value
  • Highly organised, detail-orientated and outcome driven
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) desirable
  • Business awareness and ability to drive out business benefits through the use of technology
  • Ability to solve complex problems with pragmatic solutions
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability with a strong focus on value delivery, including a willingness to provide hands-on support to ensure effective task completion
  • Strong leadership skills to support and guide team members
