- responsible for creating a high-quality experience for learners
- provide phone and text support to empower learners
- assist learners in removing roadblocks
- educate learners about self-service resources
- respond to learners via various communication channels
- manage learner data using Salesforce and other systems
- support outbound call campaign efforts
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working in a professional setting
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- solid customer service skills
- high school diploma required
- some college experience is preferred
- must be able to travel up to 10% of the time
- must be able to lift 25 lbs
- strong mental acuity
- ability to adhere to and follow a set daily/weekly schedule
