Conduct analyses to identify business trends and inform strategic decisions
Design, build and maintain analysis models
Identify, extract and compile data to be analyzed
Analyze data to identify trends, prepare and present findings
Design operational reports to provide visibility to individual and business performance
Develop metrics and measures that align with operational goals
Collaborate with leadership to ensure business objectives are met
Communicate effectively with leaders to recommend action, interpret results, and create effective presentations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required, preferably in Math/Statistics or related field
2 years’ experience managing data and analysis in a production environment
Strong knowledge and experience utilizing PowerBI
Knowledge of SQL, SSMS and PowerQuery
Experience managing and querying large data sets
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position
