About the role
- Conduct analyses to identify business trends and inform strategic decisions
- Design, build and maintain analysis models
- Identify, extract and compile data to be analyzed
- Analyze data to identify trends, prepare and present findings
- Design operational reports to provide visibility to individual and business performance
- Develop metrics and measures that align with operational goals
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure business objectives are met
- Communicate effectively with leaders to recommend action, interpret results, and create effective presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required, preferably in Math/Statistics or related field
- 2 years’ experience managing data and analysis in a production environment
- Strong knowledge and experience utilizing PowerBI
- Knowledge of SQL, SSMS and PowerQuery
- Experience managing and querying large data sets
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position
