About the role

  • Lead B2B commercial performance across all sales channels: Inbound, Outbound, Channel and Technology Alliances.
  • Manage and coach a compact senior sales team with a field-oriented, execution- and results-driven approach.
  • Be directly accountable for achieving B2B quotas.
  • Personally carry part of the B2B pipeline and be directly involved in strategic opportunities.
  • Participate in negotiations and closing phases of complex sales cycles.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews, challenge opportunity quality and ensure revenue predictability.
  • Support teams during actual sales cycles (deal reviews, coaching, closing support).
  • Define commercial priorities by channel and quickly adjust actions based on observed performance.
  • Maintain reliable sales forecasts based on factual data and a qualified pipeline.
  • Use and evolve the CRM (HubSpot) as the central commercial management and execution tool.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to align commercial efforts with company objectives.
  • Provide structured market feedback to inform product offering and positioning evolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an asset
  • More than 10 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the SaaS software space
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong experience in B2B software sales
  • Proficient in pipeline management, sales forecasting and commercial performance analysis
  • Excellent command of CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent)
  • Pragmatic, hands-on, and results-oriented approach with measurable outcomes
  • Very strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and develop a sales team with a field-oriented, hands-on 'player-coach' posture
  • Comfortable in fast-changing environments with high standards and accountability
  • Ability to prioritize, make quick decisions and execute without organizational drag.
