About the role
- Oversee the daily tactical operations of the media buying team.
- Manage individual performance targets focused on campaign ROI and new user acquisition.
- Propose, plan and execute strategies to drive online traffic and convert it into new users.
- Analyze results and continuously optimize campaigns, content and conversion funnels to maximize ROI.
- Provide actionable feedback to product marketing teams to improve user experience (UX) and ultimately increase conversions.
- Measure and present weekly campaign performance and forecasts.
- Assess and analyze market conditions, competitors and new growth opportunities.
- Conduct employee performance reviews in accordance with company policies, processes and schedules.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- 3 years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ROI-driven strategies (experience with subscription models is a plus).
- Solid understanding of search, display and social advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn analysis into concrete actions.
- Deep knowledge of major paid media channels and platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc.).
