About the role
- Design and implement workflows on Jira and Jira Service Management for IT and business functions (HR, Finance, Facility Management, etc.)
- Administer Jira and JSM instances (projects, users, permissions, SLAs, automation rules)
- Analyze existing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency
- Implement and maintain integrations with other platforms (e.g. SAP, Azure)
- Use Jira REST APIs to automate processes and support integrations
- Evaluate and advise on Jira Marketplace apps
- Produce technical documentation and deliver user training when needed
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jira/JSM users
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Jira and/or Jira Service Management
- Strong expertise in workflows, permissions, notifications, and automation
- Experience with Automation for Jira and ScriptRunner
- Solid experience with Jira integrations and REST APIs
- Atlassian certification is a strong plus
- English is mandatory; German and/or Spanish are a plus
