• Conduct and synthesize user research; create personas, journeys, and actionable insights.
• Design IA, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes; ensure accessibility and usability.
• Apply the design system; produce developer-ready specs and propose component improvements.
• Plan and run usability tests; iterate based on evidence and track design decisions.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers on scope, handoffs, edge cases, and QA; participate in agile ceremonies.
• Document and present work; maintain clear traceability from user needs to implementation.
• Complement the Lead UX Designer on your project.
• Engage with the UX design community: share learnings, align on standards, contribute to design system and best practices.
