About the role

  • Design end-to-end solutions that integrate Copilot with the existing Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Copilot solutions, including environment readiness, licensing, and rollout planning
  • Configure access, permissions, and security settings to ensure compliant and secure use of Copilot features
  • Help design and deliver training programs, onboarding materials, and enablement sessions for end users and champions
  • Support prompt engineering and orchestration using Copilot Studio, including the creation of custom agents and workflows
  • Monitor adoption metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on deployment strategies to maximize value
  • Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting for Copilot-related issues
  • Contribute to change management initiatives and help drive cultural adoption of AI-powered tools

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 implementation or related consulting roles
  • Proven track record of implementing Copilot and Copilot Studio across enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft licensing models, provisioning tools, and tenant-level configuration
  • Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, sensitivity labels, and Purview compliance
  • Experience with Copilot Studio, prompt orchestration, and agent lifecycle management
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging training programs using Microsoft’s Copilot Success Kit
  • Experience leading adoption initiatives and building user engagement programs
  • Skilled in using Microsoft 365 admin tools to track usage, adoption, and performance
  • Ability to tailor Copilot solutions to specific business functions and workflows
  • Experience integrating Copilot with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
