About the role

  • Partnering with key overhead cost centres including IT, Finance, and People
  • Own financial oversight, planning, and performance management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Maintain strong cost control and commercial challenge
  • Support wider reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis across the business

Requirements

  • Finance or accounting background, ideally ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or FP&A role
  • Strong experience working with senior stakeholders in non finance functions
  • Confident communicator, able to challenge constructively and explain financial issues clearly
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
  • Commercial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Confident, credible, and comfortable dealing with senior leadership
  • Proactive and solutions focused
  • Able to balance control with partnership
